Outer Spaces was founded by Phillippa Probert, an up and coming Garden Designer from the Wirral. Phillippa who, trained in Edinburgh and Wales, has set up a Garden Design and Construction Business.

Phillippa has won both Gold and Silver Gilt Medals for her gardens at the RHS Tatton Park Show in previous years, and this year she will be exhibiting at both the RHS Chelsea Flower Show with a “Chic Garden” and at the RHS Tatton Park Flower Show with both a “Back to Back Garden” and a “Show Garden”.

Phillippa has also appeared on BBC Television in “Passion For Plants” in which she was featured as an RHS exhibitor and was filmed throughout the design and construction process. Her award winning gardens have also been featured on the Tatton Park television programmes presented by the celebrities of “Gardeners World”.

The RHS have stated, on their Tatton website, that Phillippa is “the one to watch” in 2008.  On the Chelsea page they state " Phillippa Probert - A rising star at the 2008 RHS Chelsea Flower Show",
